Job Description:We are seeking experienced professionals to manage and optimize Zscaler environments in a mission-critical setting.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Operating and managing Zscaler within complex enterprise networks.
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining policies for secure and seamless access.
- Performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting advanced issues.
- Collaborating with network, cloud, and security teams to align Zscaler with Zero Trust principles.
Strong expertise in Zscaler architecture and deployment.
Hands-on experience with App Connectors, ZPA Public Service Edges.
Deep knowledge of Z TNA, CASB, DLP, SSL Inspection.
Skilled in user/device authentication protocols (SAML, SCIM, Azure AD).
Familiarity with enterprise networking (routing, switching, VPNs).
Scripting (Python/PowerShell) is a bonus.
Strong communication and documentation abilities.
