This high-impact role focuses on strengthening relationships with security consultants and design engineers, enabling them with Genetec solutions, and building a qualified pipeline of sales opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • CDE Engagement: Lead consultant enablement and specification efforts across Australia and New Zealand, with support into select Asia-Pacific markets as needed.
  • Consultant Upskilling: Develop and deliver enablement strategies to educate consultants and design engineers on Genetec's platform, architecture, and solutions.
  • Drive Specification: Influence the early design stages of projects to ensure Genetec's technology is specified and considered across verticals.
  • Ecosystem Navigation: Engage key stakeholders throughout the value chain—from vendor to integrator to main contractor and end-user.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent Genetec at industry forums, security expos, and technical working groups, particularly where design and compliance are involved.
  • Strategic Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with top-tier security consulting firms and engineering practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with regional sales, business development, and marketing to integrate CDE efforts with broader strategic initiatives.
  • Voice of the Market: Provide market intelligence and field insights to help shape Genetec's regional positioning and roadmap.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field /or demonstrated experience in Enterprise Physical Security Sales.
  • Minimum 10-15 years. This candidate must possess Consultancy Experience in Physical Security. Experience in Enterprise Sales.Ability to understand the ecosystem sales from Vendor (Manufacturers) to System Integrator to Main Contractors and to End-Users.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.
