Electrical Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Engineer to lead our team in delivering innovative electrical power systems for mining and metals projects.


Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of electrical calculations, power system studies, protection reports, and arc flash analysis.
  • Formulate engineering concepts and design throughout all project phases and present them to stakeholders.
  • Optimize system design to meet production targets while minimizing costs.
  • Provide engineering input to specification, tender, evaluation, and award of complex electrical material and service requisitions.
  • Conduct or lead studies requiring novel approaches or research techniques.

Required Qualifications
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a professional license from a recognized licensing board.

Desirable Skills
  • Experience in executing Basic/Conceptual Engineering, FEED, and execution of EPCM and EPC mining and minerals projects.
  • Extensive experience in high voltage system specification and design, low voltage system specification and design, large rotating synchronous machines, industrial power systems study and analysis.
  • Knowledge of systems engineering, calculations, applications, construction methods, and materials.
