Electrical Power Systems Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and engineering of electrical systems for diverse projects in renewable energy, mining, industrial, and oil and gas sectors.
  • Perform detailed power systems studies, including load flow analysis, short circuit analysis, and protection coordination.
  • Provide technical direction and mentor junior engineers, fostering their professional development.
  • Work closely with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
  • Develop detailed design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited Australian university and RPEQ/V qualification (or eligibility to obtain it).
  • Extensive experience in electrical systems design for renewable energy, mining, or industrial projects.
  • Expertise in relevant software packages like ETAP, SKM PTW, PowerFactory, and PowerCAD.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
