
Office Manager Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to manage customer accounts, provide excellent customer service, and perform administrative tasks.
Daily Responsibilities:- Manage customer payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and set up new customer accounts
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service by answering questions and handling inquiries
- Provide support to management, manage insurance claims, and maintain the company archive system
- Accurately and promptly handle daily data entry, including creating invoices for customer orders and processing supplier receipts and fuel costs
- Assist with weekly banking, EFTPOS, and PayPal transactions, and assist with preparing monthly reports
The ideal candidate will have:
- A history of accurate data entry and a pleasant and professional phone manner
- Experience with accounting software such as Reckon or MYOB
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office is an advantage
- A sharp eye for detail and a bright, energetic personality that fits into our office culture
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is highly desirable
