**Hotel Department Team Member Opportunity**
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our dynamic Hotel Department team as an Assistant Front Office Manager.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a world-class experience for our guests. This involves supporting the Front Office Manager with daily operations, mentoring the front office team, and driving career growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience
- Mentorship and Training: Mentor and train front office staff to develop their skills and knowledge
- Daily Operations Support: Assist with daily operations and tasks to ensure smooth hotel operations
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with departments to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous Management Experience: Previous management experience in a busy hotel environment is essential
- Property Management Systems Knowledge: Knowledge of property management systems (e.g., Opera Cloud) is required
- Standard Operating Procedures Expertise: Experience drafting and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is necessary
- Training and Communication Skills: Proficiency in on-the-job training and communication is required
