
Senior Front Office Manager Position

We seek a seasoned Hospitality Leader to spearhead our Front Office operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining brand standards and financial KPIs. The ideal candidate will possess 2 years of leadership experience within Front Office or a similar setting, backed by a strong background in Front Office procedures and Opera PMS.
- Promote and manage Front Office activities to achieve outstanding guest satisfaction while adhering to brand guidelines and financial objectives (Revenue Per Available Room, Net Promoter Score, Loyalty Program, Upselling, etc.).
- Ensure seamless daily operations including check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, lobby services, and night audit routines, with an active presence during peak guest periods.
- Collaborate across departments (Reservations, Housekeeping, Engineering, Finance) to ensure consistent service delivery, maintenance resolution, and accurate billing and reporting.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing staff rosters and costs to meet budgets and targets, as well as demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, develop and inspire teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesSome of the key responsibilities include:
- Managing and coordinating Front Office operations to guarantee exceptional guest satisfaction and alignment with company policies.
- Overseeing the daily activities of the Front Office team, including check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, lobby services, and night audit routines.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication, efficient problem-solving, and timely resolution of issues.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance guest experiences.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position within Front Office or a similar setting.
- A strong background in Front Office procedures and Opera PMS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- A proven track record of managing staff rosters and costs to meet budgets and targets.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, develop and inspire teams.
