Position Title: Office Manager

Role Summary

As the Office Manager at Housemark, you will play a key role in maintaining the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our office. You will support our property management team by ensuring internal processes run efficiently and staff are well-coordinated to deliver top-tier service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing daily office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.

  • Managing administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
  • Supervising office staff, assigning tasks, and providing guidance to support productivity.
  • Monitoring and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Developing and implementing office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Coordinating with vendors, service providers, and external partners for office needs.
  • Preparing reports, budgets, and expense tracking to support financial management.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Handling employee onboarding, training, and HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Addressing workplace issues, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive office environment

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in office administration or management (experience in real estate/property management is a plus)

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software systems (e.g., PropertyMe or similar)

• Ability to work independently and show initiative

• High attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
