Key Role: Medicinal Cannabis Advocate

As a dedicated Medical Engagement Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving awareness, confidence, and education of medicinal cannabis as a therapeutic treatment for key identified conditions.

The objective of this position is to positively influence the perception of Montu, increase volumes of prescriptions and referrals, and nurture partners for sustained growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Performance: Drive sales performance by conducting needs assessments for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and their facilities, tailoring educational presentations to unique needs.
  • Education and Support: Serve as a commercial educator and trusted partner in navigating the medicinal cannabis landscape in Australia, ensuring HCPs are well-informed about our innovation and overall proposition.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with HCPs, acting as a trusted liaison between Montu and prescribing partners.
  • Product Knowledge and Communication: Provide detailed information and communication on relevant research and guidance on prescribing pathways, showcasing the positive impact of our innovations on patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications:

A highly successful Sales Representative, Account Manager, or Business Development professional with demonstrated experience is required.

Requirements:

- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong understanding of the Australian healthcare market and industry trends

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs and partners

- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
