Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled leader to spearhead our field service operations in the west region.

  • Provide guidance and direction to a team of qualified technicians, ensuring they have the necessary tools, resources, and training to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee scheduled maintenance activities in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, guaranteeing optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Maintain open communication with customers, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and manage the condition and planned maintenance requirements of our rental fleet, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency across the team.
  • Analyze and report on service metrics, technician performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Foster a safe working environment by proactively monitoring and addressing potential hazards.

To succeed in this role, you will require experience in a supervisory or management position within the equipment, machinery, or mechanical industries. A mechanical trade, technical, or engineering background is essential, as is excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with people at all levels.

In addition to your technical expertise, you should possess strong conflict resolution and people management skills, enabling you to effectively lead and motivate your team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, is also required.

This role demands flexibility and adaptability, as you will be expected to switch between administrative responsibilities and hands-on tasks to support your team.
