Requirements

  • Master's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or related field; MRICS preferred.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills, including MS Office proficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage P&L, and meet revenue targets.
  • Excellent business development skills and understanding of real estate market dynamics.
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels.
