Job Title: Regional Operations Manager

Job Summary:

  • This position is responsible for providing leadership to support customer needs, ensuring reliable and safe equipment operation.
  • The role involves managing customer technical, commercial, and support issues.
  • It requires leading a team of Field Service Representatives and managing the District Office facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and directing customer interface for field support activities.
  • Developing manpower plans, staff training, and motivating a professional workforce.
  • Managing all aspects of customer relationships and interfacing with senior customer operations personnel.
  • Preparing and managing district business plans to achieve company goals.
  • Managing technical service activities from field start-up through warranty period and ongoing operations.
  • Developing field service programs and strategies to support customer services initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Prefer a four-year degree in Engineering or Business or 6-8 years in experience and formal education.
  • Requires a technical background with some experience in service and customer contact.
  • Knowledge of gas turbine products and markets is preferred.
