Field Service Operations Lead

This role focuses on leading a team of field service engineers, supporting customers and driving the growth of the service business. As a Field Service Operations Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of Field Service Engineers within their region.

The ideal candidate will have experience in technical service management and/or service business management, as well as people leadership and team management experience. They should have a track record of building, developing, and coaching a successful FSE team to deliver excellent service to customers.

The Field Service Operations Lead will be responsible for facilitating end-to-end field service operations, including customer communication, management of critical issues, and prioritization of resources for breakdown repairs, planned preventative maintenance, and installations. They will also supervise and ensure accurate completion and reporting of PM, breakdown repairs, and installation jobs in the service system.

Maintaining service quality and prioritizing customer happiness are key aspects of this role. The Field Service Operations Lead will address any concerns or customer complaints promptly and effectively.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of Technical Service management and/or service business management experience.
  • People leadership and team management experience, with a track record of building, developing, and coaching a successful FSE team.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving service business growth and revenue targets.
