Australian Rock Walls seeks an experienced Operations Manager to join its team.

The successful candidate will work closely with the survey engineer, estimator and construction team to deliver high-quality Boulder walls in the commercial/residential industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating projects with clients and contractors;
  • Managing contracts, administration and site plans;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with regular clients;
  • Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and cost control;
  • Collaborating with the estimating team to prepare quotes and tenders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role;
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget;
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to read and interpret site plans, contracts and legislation;
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
