This is a role for a leader who combines technical credibility with the ability to inspire teams and clients alike. You'll be empowered to set direction, establish presence, and build momentum across project delivery, team growth, and market influence.

  • Lead, inspire, and grow a multi-disciplinary team of design engineers across Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Fire, ESD, and other specialty services.
  • Drive excellence in delivery across a diverse portfolio of projects including mixed-use, healthcare, aged care, commercial, heritage, and more.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration, innovation, and performance.
  • Establish and expand market presence in Melbourne, strengthening existing and new client relationships while actively developing new project opportunities.
  • Act as a visible industry leader, representing the business at events, forums, and within client networks.
  • Play a pivotal role in business strategy, client growth, and project outcomes, shaping the future direction of the Building Services group.

A recognised presence in the Melbourne market with strong client relationships and networks.

15–20 years' experience in building services engineering ideally with a mechanical background (though other disciplines welcome with proven multi-disciplinary leadership).

A natural communicator and trusted advisor respected for both technical and strategic judgement.
