We seek an experienced and dynamic Product Proposition Strategist to drive our commercial team's success.
- Develop product strategies that align with the fund's vision, member needs, and industry trends, ensuring competitive returns and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and investment teams to design targeted product offerings that support a range of retirement goals.
- Review and enhance existing insurance products to meet evolving market demands, in line with the fund's investment strategy.
- Lead end-to-end product development, leveraging deep understanding of member demographics and behaviours.
- Optimise products and member processes to execute the retirement income strategy effectively.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, particularly in product management and superannuation or related fields.
- Proven track record of leading complex product development initiatives, designing and managing financial products that meet regulatory requirements.
- Strong knowledge of superannuation legislative framework and regulations, investment management practices, and industry trends.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, enabling navigation of complex regulatory landscapes.
