We are seeking a senior operations leader to drive business excellence as our production manager. Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will contribute to the global success of the business.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage production operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage new product introductions across multiple manufacturing areas, prioritising time, quality, and cost outcomes.
  • Oversee labour and resources to achieve efficient spending while ensuring future growth.
  • Create a positive workplace culture by embedding values of trust, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Develop strong relationships across departments, leveraging skills and synergies to enhance individual and team capabilities.
  • Execute production key performance indicators to drive departmental performance and ensure achievement of operational goals.
  • Monitor staff performance through regular audits and reviews, providing ongoing feedback to maintain site standards.
  • Ensure continuous improvement and optimisation of business systems, manufacturing processes, and repair centre procedures.
  • Adhere to safety, compliance, and quality procedures, meeting required operational standards.
  • Maintain a strong focus on employee development, engagement, and succession planning for sustained growth.
  • Evaluate and evolve internal controls to maintain ISO certification and 6S housekeeping.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, or Engineering disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years in Supply Chain or Operations management, including 5 years of people management experience.

  • Understanding of health and safety, quality, and risk management.
  • Strong leadership and practical manufacturing knowledge to achieve operational excellence.
  • Effective change management skills to lead teams through uncertainty.
  • Cultural diversity and emotional intelligence to create strong relationships and connections.
  • Project management skills and system understanding to enhance operational efficiencies.
