Manufacturing Excellence Leader

Delivering excellence in a dynamic 24/7 manufacturing environment, our team is driving innovation and growth across the ANZ region. As a Production Manager, you will lead a high-performing team to execute change programs and achieve business outcomes.
The role requires a strong leader with a proven track record of managing relationships and building partnerships with key stakeholders. You will be accountable for delivering set KPIs, including safety, quality, cost, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the team.
- Lead a production operation producing and supplying plastic preform and closures across the ANZ region.
- Embed a Lean culture based on OE tools.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
- A demonstrated track record of managing a team to execute change programs.
- Strong degree of computer literacy.
