Key Responsibilities
The Senior Sales Associate will play a pivotal ambassador role for the brand, responsible for achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service while cultivating strong client relationships within the boutique. As a leader, you will take on supervisory duties as needed, including opening and closing the boutique, leading and motivating the team to ensure continued success.
- Support management with day-to-day operational tasks as required.
- Lead the team in meeting and surpassing sales targets.
- Uphold the highest service standards through the sales ceremony.
- Build and maintain a strong client database through effective sales and relationship management.
- Foster meaningful relationships with local clientele.
- Open and close the boutique independently when needed.
- Ensure the boutique runs smoothly in the absence of the manager and assistant manager.
- Perform daily security stock counts to ensure inventory integrity.
- Oversee the organisation, replenishment, and storage of backup stock, visual merchandising materials, product packaging, instruction booklets, and warranties.
- Provide feedback to the manager on team performance and areas for improvement.
- Continuously develop in-depth knowledge of the brand and product range.
- Stay informed about stock availability, delays, backorders, and discontinued product lines.
- Complete E-Learning modules as required to stay up to date with training and knowledge.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong understanding of the brand and product range.
