Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of digital products and features for business banking customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric experiences
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points through research and analysis
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, promoting a culture of learning and growth
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in UX design, with a focus on digital product development
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs that meet business objectives
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and strategies
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
