The Digital Product Manager is responsible for building, launching, and managing digital experiences. This includes prioritizing and executing new initiatives, working with technology, design, product, operations, legal, risk, and compliance teams.

  • Deliver market-leading experiences that support our brand positioning and growth aspirations.
  • Define the lending roadmap based on our strategy, customer needs, and digital product trends.
  • Maintain the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements that align with the strategy and needs of all business units.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to define, design, build, test, and measure new features.
  • Ensure features are ready for development, supporting delivery to effectively prioritize on a fortnightly basis and execute to time, cost, quality, and strategy.
  • Lead the delivery of changes to customers on a regular basis, working closely with key business areas to ensure operational readiness.
  • Ensure all legal, regulatory, and compliance frameworks are met.
  • Leverage customer data and expert opinion to make timely decisions.
  • Lead our service proposition through the day-to-day delivery of great, reliable, and consistent experiences.
  • Manage day-to-day analytics and product operations, including managing complaints, feedback, and incidents.
  • Use fintech and digital trends to inform decision-making and generate new ideas that differentiate us.
  • Mentor other team members in digital product and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment.
About the Role

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum
