Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Application Security Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our product security and application security initiatives, ensuring that security is integrated into every aspect of the software development lifecycle and deployment processes.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and/or 5+ years of Software Development experience together with demonstrated experience as an application security engineer or equivalent. They should have a strong understanding of modern software architecture patterns such as Microservices, Single-Page Application, and Serverless, as well as secure coding practices to avoid common security vulnerabilities like SQLi, XSS, and CSRF.

Key Responsibilities

  • Securing applications based on modern software architecture patterns
  • Implementing secure coding practices
  • Performing security testing and vulnerability scanning
  • Developing threat models and facilitating workshops with developers
  • Using SAST, SCA, DAST, and IAST application security testing tools
