Customer Service Coordinator

In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients by efficiently coordinating various administrative tasks using CEVA systems. Your strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with stakeholders will be essential in fostering a positive relationship.

This is an opportunity to grow your career in freight forwarding, leveraging your expertise in data manipulation using Microsoft Excel, interpersonal skills, time management, and customer service orientation. If you have experience in ocean import operations, it's a definite bonus

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate order tracking and tracing for seamless logistics
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Review, complete, and process documents related to orders, shipments, requests, and providers
  • Assist in developing and maintaining efficient administrative processes and systems
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve issues related to fulfillment, planning, timing, and status
  • Maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations
