Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Marketplace Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and inspiring the team to deliver Purple standard implementation and trading practices.
Key Responsibilities- Live and breathe our company values of energy, empathy, and impact, and possess a proactive mentality and approach to workloads.
- Contribute to creating a positive, motivating, and inspiring team culture, and provide clear articulation of ideas and solutions.
- Work collaboratively with client teams across all disciplines to ensure timely delivery of work.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and demonstrate a strong understanding of our clients and their categories.
- Develop trusted relationships with media owners to build knowledge of product suites and formulate opinions on the media landscape.
- Ensure financial procedural adherence and follow GroupM SOX compliance and auditing processes.
- Complete timesheets with 100% accuracy and attention to detail.
We offer a competitive salary package, 20 days holiday increasing with service to a maximum of 25 days, and the option to purchase extra leave of up to 4 weeks per year. We also offer a flexible working environment, paid parental leave, flexible public holidays, birthday leave, and early finishes during the summer months.
