Marketplace Executive Role

This role will be working closely with the Ford team to deliver Purple standard implementation and trading practices. You will be responsible for building collaborative media partnerships and creative work with the VML creative team. You will be the owner of day-to-day media implementation while collaborating with media partners and supporting our client's requests and campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Living and breathing the Mindshare values every day while possessing a proactive mentality and approach to workloads.
  • Working collaboratively with client teams across all disciplines throughout the campaign development process ensuring they deliver work in a timely manner.
  • Communicating confidently and effectively on all matters with clear articulation holding both excellent written and spoken capabilities when communicating internally and externally.
  • Delivering a gold standard implementation of media planning and buying.
  • Building an effective knowledge and use proprietary and industry tools & systems to deliver market-leading campaign implementation.
  • Demonstrating knowledge, understanding, and application of the Mindshare Process and the roles and responsibilities at each stage.
  • Obtaining necessary certifications for required platforms.
  • Providing accurate administrative support to the broader Investment team.
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of your client and their category while responding to all requests in a timely manner, consistently managing expectations.
  • Developing trusted relationships with media owners to build knowledge of product suite and formulate opinions on the media landscape.
  • Developing strong internal partnership relations and builds knowledge of product offering.
  • Ensuring financial procedural adherence is met across all touchpoints including pro-formas, MBA's, bookings, and loadings with an aim for zero account queries.
  • Following GroupM SOX Compliance and auditing processes with 100% adherence.
  • Ensuring timesheets are completed regularly with 100% accuracy and attention to detail.
