Workforce Planning Analyst

As a Workforce Planning Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving operational consistency and reducing expenses by creating and optimizing crew pairings and rostering. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to present data sets and improvements to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective workforce planning strategies

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in workforce planning with a strong understanding of workforce planning fundamentals
  • Highly developed analytic, strategic, lateral thinking and problem solving skills
  • Advanced numeracy skills - ability to analyze, interpret and present numerical data for business insight
