
Rostering Workforce Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Rostering/Workforce Coordinator to join our team.
This role involves analysing, interpreting and reporting on operational rostering for accurate payroll outcomes.
The successful candidate will ensure accurate entry of rostering and payroll data into relevant systems, creating streamlined processes through Line of Business Charters/SOPs and rostering models to optimize staff hour reporting.
They will also perform risk controls related to rostering and payroll, ensuring compliance with policies and participate in auditing processes for rostering or payroll data as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and interpret operational rostering data for accurate payroll outcomes
- Provide insights for optimal resource allocation and customer experience
- Build relationships with operational leaders and support teams
- Ensure accurate entry of rostering and payroll data
- Develop and refine rostering models to optimize staff hour reporting
- Perform risk controls related to rostering and payroll
- Participate in auditing processes for rostering or payroll data
Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with strong data analysis and administration abilities.
Advanced Excel skills are highly desirable, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
They must also have working rights to accept a 12 month maximum term contract.
