Job Description

The contract coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of turf maintenance and site operations, aligning with client requirements and cricket calendars.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain high-quality turf and grounds presentation that meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop on-site team members to ensure effective execution.
  • Bid for strong client relationships built on professionalism, responsiveness, and service excellence.
  • Guarantee safe, efficient, and compliant use of tools and machinery across the site, adhering to operational procedures.
  • Proactively identify and implement site improvement opportunities.
About You
  • Possess a solid background in turf and/or horticultural maintenance and management, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Hold recent supervisory or management experience and be able to motivate and lead a team to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exhibit a keen eye for detail and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Display strong IT skills with exposure to scheduling and reporting.
  • Possess a current driver's license, white card, working with children check, and chemical certification.
