Turf Maintenance Supervisor

About the Job:

This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills and experience in turf preparation and maintenance. As a Turf Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the day-to-day operations of our sports fields.

You will lead a team of staff at an operational level, ensuring that our parks, sporting fields, and turf wickets are maintained to the highest standard.

Your responsibilities will include managing routine staffing matters, ensuring the safety of your staff on all job sites, and resolving routine enquiries. You will also be responsible for carrying out development work and garden maintenance in parks and reserves, as well as controlling roadside growth as directed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in turf preparation and maintenance
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Current Chemical Users certificate
  • General Construction Induction card (white card)
  • Class 'C' driver's licence
