About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned turf maintenance manager to oversee and enhance green spaces across our prime site.

  • Lead a tight-knit team in mowing and groundskeeping tasks, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate Mower Operators, inspecting sites regularly to maintain high standards of lawn care and address any issues promptly.
  • Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment, with a focus on accountability, bravery, and care.
  • Maintain and repair all mowing equipment, arranging for repairs as needed.

Responsibilities Include:

Leading a team in maintaining and enhancing green spaces.

Coordinating Mower Operators for safe and efficient operations.

Inspecting sites regularly to ensure high standards of lawn care.

Maintaining and repairing mowing equipment.

Requirements:

Experience in open space turf management, including proficiency in operating and maintaining various mowing equipment.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.

A commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.

Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and sun.
