Key Responsibilities:

Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in project delivery, preferably with experience in construction (client side), contracts, and the overall delivery process. They should possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well in a small team.

About the Role:

  • Management of project feasibilities, consulting with authorities, and appointment of consultant teams.
  • Managing close out of design and construction issues, reviewing submitted EOTs, and developing opinions for senior management.
  • Reviewing, processing, and seeking approval for invoices and costs, managing variation registers and trackers.
  • Chairing PCG meetings and managing purchaser change processes.
