Job Description: Senior Organisational Development ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Senior Organisational Development Manager to join our team in a client-facing role. As a key member of our organisational performance and leadership practice, you will work closely with clients to design and deliver projects that drive meaningful change.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organisational development, with experience in designing and implementing organisational improvements, organisational psychology, leadership assessment & development, workforce transformation, learning & development, change management, and coaching and facilitation.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage small- to medium-sized projects, including engaging clients and their stakeholders, undertaking quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and preparing deliverables across various formats.
- Develop and manage relationships with clients, providing thought leadership, supporting high-achieving project teams, and actively developing the capability of colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams to create innovative solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Tertiary level qualifications in Learning and Development, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related business discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in a management consulting or internal HR/OD role, with a focus on organisational development, leadership assessment & development, workforce transformation, learning & development, change management, and coaching and facilitation.
- Broad understanding of organisational capability issues within large and complex organisations.
- Exceptional communication, relationship building, and group facilitation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
