* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve the best value for the organization and minimize costs.
* Ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining quality standards and meeting customer expectations.
* Monitor inventory levels, forecasts, and demand to optimize purchasing decisions and reduce waste.
* Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
* Manage procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and invoices, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Track and report key metrics to ensure cost efficiency and supplier performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve procurement processes.

**Qualifications:**

* Relevant tertiary qualifications or Cert IV in a related field.
* Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results and improving procurement processes.
* Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
* Excellent knowledge of supply chain procedures and purchasing processes, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
* Proficiency in using procurement software and ERP systems, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve complex problems.
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
