We are seeking a dynamic Procurement Specialist to join our team on a 12-month contract.

As a key player in our North Ryde team, you will be instrumental in enhancing our procurement process by implementing and developing a new Contract Management System (CMS) in TechOne.

Your mission will include improving procurement processes, rolling out training programs, and ensuring compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a CMS in TechOne to streamline contract management across the organization.
  • Create and execute a comprehensive training and rollout plan for the CMS, ensuring all departments are equipped to utilize the system effectively.
  • Investigate and implement compliance systems for contractors and suppliers, including insurance and WHS procedures.
  • Oversee procurement database implementation and develop contract management procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Coordinator Procurement to revise procurement policies and implement training programs for the organization.
  • Drive the rollout of procurement training on key topics such as RFQs, scope of works, and procurement guidelines.
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in procurement and contract management.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing Contract Management Systems (CMS).
  • Strong understanding of tendering, quotation management, and procurement compliance processes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience supervising junior staff or teams.
  • Ability to manage projects, coordinate with multiple departments, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • High-level analytical skills with the ability to implement innovative solutions to procurement challenges.
