Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced commodity trader to join our dynamic grain supply chain operation.

  • Assist in the collation and interpretation of supply and demand analysis.
  • Develop and implement trading strategies to ensure business growth.
  • Work closely with the general manager and other teams to drive volume through our supply chain.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and market participants.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 5 years of experience in commodities trading.
  • A strong understanding of Australian grains industry and international trade flows.
  • The ability to analyze supply and demand factors and turn analysis into strategy.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A tertiary degree in a relevant field would be advantageous.
