Chief Marketing Strategist

The Glennie School seeks an experienced marketing leader to join its Senior Leadership Team.

This senior position is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote the School's brand and reputation.

• Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan that aligns with the School's vision and goals.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including students, parents, alumni, and the wider community.
• Leverage contemporary marketing techniques and technologies to enhance the School's online presence and engage target audiences.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading marketing functions, developing and implementing successful communication campaigns, and managing publications and print media. A tertiary qualification in a field commensurate with the area of responsibility and minimum five years of experience in a marketing management role are essential.

• Manage the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy.
• Analyse enrolment data to inform targeted marketing campaigns and develop strategies to grow student numbers.
• Serve as the School's liaison between the School and external groups, representing the School at events and promoting its interests.
