Job Title: Autonomous Sales Strategist

We are seeking a results-driven sales leader to join our team as an Autonomous Sales Strategist.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. This includes developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying new market opportunities, and building strong relationships with key customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential customers to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and developments.
  • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation to drive sales pipeline.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
Team Leadership and Management:
  • Supervise the sales team.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets, including monthly 1:1's and purposeful weekly sales meetings.
  • Set clear sales goals and objectives for team members and provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture within the team.
  • Achieve strict adherence to the CRM.
Business Development and Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, key influences within territories and partners.
  • Identify and engage with strategic partners to drive sales growth and explore new business opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Swarm Farm Robotics and generate leads.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with strong networks within the agricultural/Agtech industry.
  • Deep understanding of effective sales and lead generation techniques.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
