About the Job

Pyramid Global Technologies is seeking a highly skilled EUC Specialist to join our team. As an EUC Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch IT support to our clients, ensuring that their technology needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide timely and professional support to clients with IT issues, ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer service standards are met.
  • Device Management: Manage iOS and Android devices, including mobile phones and iPads, through Microsoft Intune.
  • Windows Patching and Deployment: Perform monthly Windows machine patching and application deployments using SCCM 2012.
  • Server Administration: Administer Microsoft Server 2012 and 2016, including Active Directory skills and experience.
  • Server Health Checks: Perform server health checks and group policy administration.
  • Exchange Server Support: Provide support for MS Exchange Server 2013.
  • Azure Active Directory Administration: Administer Azure Active Directory.
  • Printer Management: Manage Konica Minolta printers via YSOFT and troubleshoot printer issues.
  • Incident Management: Manage incidents, service requests, and change management using BMC Remedy Force.
  • Service Now ITSM Platform: Have knowledge of the Service Now ITSM Platform.
  • Priority Issue Identification: Quickly identify and control high-priority issues.
  • Office 365 Support: Troubleshoot MS Office 2016 and Office 365 issues.
  • Mailbox Management: Create O365 mailboxes, distribution lists, and shared mailboxes.
  • Software Installation and Troubleshooting: Install software and troubleshoot application-related issues.
  • Hardware and Software CMDB: Manage hardware and software CMDB.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors to troubleshoot issues.
  • On-Call and On-Site Support: Provide on-call and on-site support.
  • Network and Switch Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot network, VPN, and switches-related issues.
  • Data Center Tasks: Perform data center tasks.
  • SCOM and Nagios Alerts: Monitor SCOM and Nagios alerts and resolve issues.
  • User Account Management: Manage user accounts, assemble desks for new users, and depart users. Perform desk moves as per requirement.
  • User Issue Response: Promptly respond to user issues via email, phone, and in person.
  • VIP User Support: Provide support to VIP users.
  • AV System Support: Experience in diagnosing and supporting AV systems like Polycom.
  • Hardware Support: Experience on Toshiba, Dell, Microsoft Surface, Lenovo, HP, and MAC laptops.
  • Laptop Re-Imaging: Re-image laptops.
  • Windows Support: Work on Windows 10, 8, and 7 machines and troubleshoot issues.
  • Microsoft System Center 2016 Virtual Machine Manager Support: Support and administer Microsoft System Center 2016 Virtual Machine Manager.
  • OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams Support: Provide support for OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Tier 1 and Tier 2 Support: Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to customers. Develop, maintain, and manage relationships with customers.
  • Windows Server and Active Directory Skills: Strong Windows Server / Active Directory skills and experience (Win 2012 GPO, DNS, DHCP).
  • Remote Support: Provide remote support through phone and other tools like RDP, Team Viewer, and Skype for Business.
  • Network Issue Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot network issues (LAN, Wi-Fi issues).
  • Security Patch Updates: Monitor security patch updates.
  • Compliance and Security Knowledge: Good hands-on knowledge on compliance and security pertaining to patching Windows.
