Job Title: End User Computing Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and motivated End User Computing (EUC) Desktop Support Consultant to join our team at Zone IT Solutions. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end users in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end users via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement solutions to improve end-user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field of End User Computing.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a full-time desktop support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, including Windows 10.
  • Experience with desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and network protocols.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with remote desktop tools and remote troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
