End User Computing Specialist

The End User Computing Engineer will provide high-level technical expertise across a range of desktop technologies, collaborating with InfraBuild's vendor partners to ensure seamless escalations.
This 12-month fixed-term maternity cover role involves occasional ad-hoc travel as required.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Level 2 IT support and serve as an escalation point for high-impact incidents during business hours.
- Respond promptly and effectively to incoming requests from end-users for core applications within the standard desktop environment.
- Maintain existing relationships between InfraBuild and key EUC vendors.
- Be responsible for reporting, administration, and deployment of Modern Provisioning systems (SCCM and Intune) end-user components, including software deployment, desktop, and security updates.
- Contribute to and support the development, implementation, and maintenance of a Standard Operating Environment (SOE) for commercial or general-purpose PCs and a base model for Process Control Systems.
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Computer Science or relevant tertiary discipline or equivalent working experience.
- 3+ years of End User Computing/Desktop technologies experience in a similar IT Support services role.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of troubleshooting moderately complex hardware and software products.
- ITIL Foundation Certification or experience working in an ITIL environment.
- Certified Microsoft professional (desirable).
- Excellent communication and experience engaging with vendor partners to meet service level agreements.
- Ability to articulate complex technical topics clearly to a non-technical audience.
