About this role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Ordained Minister to join our team as a Civil Chaplain. In this unique position, you will have the opportunity to provide spiritual and pastoral support to individuals in need.

The successful candidate will have experience in ministry, preferably in a large and complex organisation, and demonstrate a passion for pastoral care. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to residents, families, and staff, while also representing the organisation at various ceremonies and services.

To be successful in this role, you must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to adhere to the polity and ethos of the Uniting Church and the Mission Vision and Values of our organisation.

About you

  • Ordained Minister or eligible to be authorised as such
  • Experience in ministry, preferably in a large and complex organisation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
