Job Opportunity

We are seeking a creative and skilled professional to lead our campus experience team. This role is all about bringing the fun and shaping an on-campus culture that's buzzing with energy, creativity and connection.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead events inspired by the latest social media and pop culture trends
  • Deliver an exceptional experience at our world-class cafe and receptionRun epic internal events and unforgettable parties

This role requires a strong commercial mindset, ability to balance experience delivery with budget outcomes, confident leading change and driving continuous improvement in dynamic environments.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years in event management, with a background in hospitality, facilities or workplace management, or a relevant qualification
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projectsStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; able to influence and build trust at all levels
