Workplace Experience and Events Director

We're seeking a dynamic and creative professional to oversee the campus experience at our Global Support Centre in Geelong.

This role is all about bringing excitement and shaping an on-campus culture that's buzzing with energy, creativity and connection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional experiences through epic internal events and unforgettable parties
  • Lead the way in delivering an exceptional experience at our world-class cafe and reception
  • Drive engagement and strengthen our reputation as a global employer of choice with energy, positivity and a can-do mindset

You'll be responsible for creating memorable experiences and know how to bring the good times. If you have a strong commercial acumen and can balance experience delivery with outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, and have a passion for creating engaging experiences that bring people together.
