About the Workplace Experience and Event Planning Role
As a key member of our Global Support Centre team, you will shape an exceptional campus culture in Geelong, fostering collaboration and creativity through memorable events and experiences. You'll develop and execute impactful event strategies to engage employees and promote a positive workplace atmosphere at our world-class cafe and reception.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver comprehensive event plans that align with organisational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute high-quality events and experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Monitor and analyse event metrics to inform future event planning and improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in event management, hospitality, facilities or workplace management.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional projects and teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
