Workplace Experience and Events Manager

This role is an exceptional opportunity to lead the campus experience at our Global Support Centre in Geelong. As the Workplace Experience and Events Manager, you will be responsible for creating a dynamic and engaging work environment that fosters a culture of connection and collaboration.

You will oversee the planning and execution of internal events, deliver an exceptional experience at our world-class cafe and reception, and serve as a liaison between teams and stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on driving engagement, strengthening our reputation as a global employer of choice, and delivering memorable experiences that leave a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute internal events that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall workplace experience.
  • Serve as a key liaison between teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee the daily operations of our cafe and reception, ensuring exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in event management, hospitality, facilities, or workplace management, with a strong background in leadership and team management.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional projects and teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance operational delivery with budget outcomes.
  • Confident leader with a can-do attitude, able to drive change and continuous improvement in dynamic environments.
