Key Responsibilities- Run epic internal events and unforgettable parties that deliver an exceptional experience at our world-class cafe and reception.
- Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with teams to drive results.
- Balance experience delivery with commercial outcomes, demonstrating acumen.
- Drive continuous improvement in dynamic environments, championing innovation.
- 5+ years in event management, hospitality, facilities or workplace management, or a relevant qualification.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to influence and build trust at all levels.
- Customer-obsessed, consistently anticipating needs and delivering beyond expectations.
- Results-driven, focusing on delivering impact and elevating workplace experience.
