Regional Operations Leader

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall success and growth of our business in South Australia, Western Australia, and the Northern Territory.
About the Role:This is a senior leadership position that requires strong management, operations, and business development skills.
- Drive sales and manage operating income to achieve state objectives
- Lead and develop a team of professionals, providing training and coaching to ensure staff are properly trained and qualified
- Champion safety and compliance, upholding the highest standards of OH&S and environmental matters
- Enhance market presence by building relationships with industry decision-makers and promoting products and services
- Oversee state operations, allocating resources and conducting regular audits
Key qualifications include tertiary education in business, marketing or a related field, proven experience in sales and marketing within the medical device industry, and high-level computer literacy.
