This role will lead a diverse group of accommodation businesses, catering to a wide range of customers. We seek an experienced commercial leader who has demonstrated ability to manage multiple locations in delivering outstanding results, staff engagement, and profitability.

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience leading multi-site operations and remote teams ideally within the tourism, hospitality, or retail industries. Your natural leadership style will fit our company culture and help you champion change and continuous improvement across your region.

Main Responsibilities

  • Commercially driven with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Multisite operations experience in hospitality, tourism, retail, or similar commercial fields. Currently a State, Regional, Operations, Area Manager, or similar
  • Results-oriented using financials, analytics, and trends to prioritize focus and positively impact P&L outcomes across a range of assets
  • A record of success founded on attracting and developing top talent. Strong emotional intelligence is essential
  • Passion for creating daily processes and embracing technology that frees up park managers to focus on guests

A degree or qualification in business, finance, or a related discipline will be highly regarded, along with strong Excel skills and ability to confidently communicate with audiences.
