This is a fixed-term agreement or secondment for 12 months. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and guiding them to the appropriate channel.
You will build personal connections with customers through meaningful conversations, educate and demonstrate technology and banking options, and ensure the branch runs efficiently and effectively.
