TAFE NSW is seeking a skilled Customer Service Ambassador to deliver exceptional enquiry management and transactional support to students and customers.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer-focused service delivery, supporting a multi-channel approach that maximises enrolment retention and completion of TAFE NSW students and associated services.

This role involves delivering customer-centric service delivery, collaborating with teams to achieve business objectives, managing relationships with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records and reporting on customer interactions and service delivery outcomes.

  • Delivering customer-focused service delivery to support student and customer journeys;
  • Providing enquiry management and transactional support to enable the delivery of our Student Services Branch service catalogue;
  • Collaborating with teams to achieve business objectives and support the provision of associated services;
  • Managing relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of customer issues;
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of our Student Services Branch service catalogue to provide accurate information and support to customers;
  • Adhering to policies, procedures, and enterprise agreements to ensure compliance and efficient service delivery;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on customer interactions and service delivery outcomes;
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and writing communication skills, be able to collaborate effectively as part of a team, and hold a Certificate III in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills and experience.

You will also need to be an Australian citizen or permanent resident, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand passport, and be willing and able to travel to nearby learning locations if required.
